Special Projects

After initial consultations with the owner of the Triple A Animal Hotel at West Boldon, South Tyneside, Director Barry Emmerson and Commercial Specialist Graham Cruickshank designed, organised the manufacture, the building work, and the fitting of the 60 Metre Conservatory. This is now used as the operations and training centre for the many staff employed at Triple A. Due to the success of the initial conservatory, Regency Windows were asked to help in the design and build of the most modern concept in pet care in Britain. Three main apartment blocks were constructed using the most hi-tech products available in order to provide sleeping and recreation facilities for dogs whose owners required nothing but the best for them. This was the largest and most difficult project ever undertaken by Regency Windows at the time and the end result was acknowledged by the now new owners, Pedigree Petfoods, as truly outstanding and a credit to our workforce.

Regency Windows were designated national award winners on completion of this conservatory installed at Sunderland Royal Infirmary as a cafeteria, Thus enabling the staff and patients to enjoy refreshments in a light and airy atmosphere.
