With unparalleled success in the private domestic market, Regency soon built up an enviable customer base which made them a major player in the replacement window and conservatory business. Because of this success, Regency was soon recognised by the commercial market winning contracts from several housing associations and local councils.

Regency are recognised by all major insurance companies and their loss adjusters regularly use Regency to carry out repair or renewal work for their clients to very high standards, particularly when the supplying company is no longer available to honour guarantees.
